DeWaste Excess is now installed at UC Riverside's Aberdeen-Inverness and Lothian Dining Halls! you will be able to see Excess mounted in the dish racks and it is working every second. DeWaste Excess is talking photos of each plate of food waste and analyzing this data on a daily basis to report back to the dining hall management every morning.
