DeWaste Introduces DeWaste Excess

DeWaste Excess is a revolutionary new way for dining institutions to track leftover food waste.


The product is designed to be mounted in a rotating dish rack with one unit for each level.


Excess will take a photo of each plate of food as it goes by and then each night, the photos get analyzed by our custom algorithm whcih will identify the food items in these images and upload the data to the DeWaste Dashboard.


Along with just the raw data, Excess will also make predictions as to what changes will help reduce your food waste and we will work with you to implement those changes.
